Carol and I had a tasty lunch today to help celebrate Independence Day. I grilled some hamburgers on the gas grill with some hickory chips smoldering in a foil packet near the back of the grill surface. For a side dish, I made Roasted Steak Fries seasoned with olive oil and my Hot Seasoned Salt. If you don’t want to make your own seasoned salt, use some Cajun or Creole seasoning, or even Old Bay Seasoning instead. You’ll love these fries. Not only do these baked treats contain less fat than French fries, they taste really good!
