Looking for a different way to bake pork chops without all the fat usually associated with such recipes, I created Easy Baked Pork Chops. Using this method, percentage of fat calories is only 17%, with saturated fats only 1.28g per serving.
I had hoped the breading would be a little more crisp, but it tasted really good, regardless. Also, this was extremely easy to prepare, which will make some of my readers happy. Enjoy!
The beans on the side are Marjoram Green Beans, which is absolutely my favorite way of cooking green beans. I used frozen green beans in this variation.
