What are those tiny photos in my logo?

Clockwise from the upper left they are four of my very favorite recipes that I have used many times. They have also received rave reviews from others who have tried them.

Coconut Triple Cream Sensation  This moist, creamy, flavorful cake has the best taste and texture of any coconut cake I’ve ever eaten. I have had multiple repeat requests to make this cake for covered dish luncheons in my community. People can’t believe me when I tell them it’s made from a boxed cake and canned frosting! Tell me if you agree.

Aunt Georgia’s Pecan Pie  After trying half a dozen different recipes for the “best” pecan pie over the years, I always come back to this recipe from my Aunt Georgia of Abilene, Texas. She got the recipe in the 1950s from a lady at church. Let me know what you think of it after you’ve tried it, please?

Jim’s Meat Loaf with Sweet Sauce  I used hints from my own mother and a recipe I found on the internet to inspire me for this delicious meat loaf. It is moist, full of flavor, has a sweet sauce on top, and will leave you wanting more. Don’t you agree?

Favorite Italian Vegetable Soup  Especially favored during cool months, this delicious warming soup is good all year round. It’s meatless, but I’ve never had a vegetable soup this good. When I served samples of this to some of my neighbors, along with several other soups, they always told me this one was their favorite. Let me know if it becomes your favorite, too.
